Paint removal

So there are times and circumstances where it is necessary to remove the paint on an enclosure to have a bonded path with a fitting or lug, but when paint is removed the corrosion protection is also removed, so conductive corrosion resistance has to be added.
What is the best product to accomplish this?

I use a "fraying" tool that goes in a drill, a circular wire brush, quickly cleans to bare metal.
Then use some Penetrox E, which is a conductive compound under the lug, it will prevent corrosion as it displaces moisture.

Same as Tom basically, I put some DE-OX on the cleaned surface. I don't recall an inspector ever bringing this up, but it feels more "pro" I think.

only remove the paint on the inside.

you have a raw edge where you cut a hole for the fitting. did you touch up the paint there?
