Help guys,
I'm bidding a project which requires us to pull a 100 amps off an existing sub-panel(square D) rated at 225 amps.Thats not the problem, the problem is that the 225 amp panel is set over an existing panel used as a "pull box" with a 6"x8" cutout in the back of can for branch circuits(can't see upper conduits) and a 10"x8" bottom cutout for the feed conductors and branch circuits to come out of and land on breakers. This is a school so I have to fight the AHJ put this violates the UL Im sure.Any other NEC violations would be great.
