Panel bonding Hospitals

I was looking in code book for a requirement of panelboard bonding for hospitals NEC 2005 517.14.

Aparently the requirement is only for patient vicinity. Is there not a requirement to bond them as well in other 'areas' when the panels are all side by side and serve the same area like caferterias??

Cant seem to find that requirement there. any help would be great.

The requirements of 517.14 are for keeping all receptacles and fixed equipment in the patient vicinity at equipotential of less than .1 ohm, see NFPA 99, 4.3.3.1.6 and 4.3.3.1.5

Other areas do not need this low of a number to be safe.
