Panel Disc. & Drop Cord - Code Compliant?

Installation has a 480V-3ph control panel for a spray booth exhaust fan system.
The only local disconnect is the integral disconnect provided with the control panel.
Is this code compliant or should a separate disc. switch be provided as well?

Also, a separate similar panel, is provided with the power feed via SO drop cord.
Is this code compliant?
