Panel in a steel beam

In addition to breakers being too far above the ground (7 feet +), are there any concerns with respect the location of this panel tucked neatly in the web of a steel beam?

I don't see why that is an issue other than height.

If the panel is the beam ghas to be by default.

We had a job were all the panels were mounted in a beam web. The panels were special ordered Westinghouse narrow back boxes.

Sq makes a column width panelboard, I use them for small circuit applications.
But the center of the grip of the overcurrent device can't be over 6-7" in the on position.
