was turn down today , have to see inspector in morn, but i have looked and dont find any reason i cant have a panel board in a commercial bath room setup,. whats ur thought,.... main lug so service equipment is out side main , and commercial.

It's permitted in a commercial bathroom. Ask for a code reference, if he cites this one tell him to read it more closely.

240.24(E) Not Located in Bathrooms. In dwelling units, dormi-
tories, and guest rooms or guest suites, overcurrent devices,
other than supplementary overcurrent protection, shall not
be located in bathrooms.

I agree with Rob but add that you do have to have working spaces around the panel in accordance with 110.26. That would be about the only thing that would make installing the panel in a commercial bathroom a violation.
