Panel in Corridor Wall?

Any code issues with a panel mounted inside the unit (multi unit residential project) but in a 1 hour rated corridor wall? Only one unit (out of 150) does the engineer show a panel in this wall, which makes me think it was a mistake.

A panel mounted inside a rated wall probably has a large enough area that some mitigation strategy, such as sheets of fire putty, will be required. But it is not categorically prohibited.
There may me be no detail callout for that on the assumption that the EC will know and handle the problem.
If nothing is done, it might fail at inspection time.
