Panel location

Can a remote panel, (sub panel), be located in a bathroom. I immediately thought no, but all I see is 230.70(A)2, which says the service disconnecting means shall not be installed in bathrooms.

Thanks Dave, since that states "dwelling units, dorms and guest areas would it be ok in a commercial buiding? Commercial always seems to be another animal.

not dave, but, yes sub-panels in commercial bathrooms are permitted provide all other issues are addressed (110.26, etc). Service panels are not permitted,

If I had a commercial building I would put a panel in the bathroom.
