110.26(E) Exception: Allows the panel to be install there if 200 amp or less.

There are a couple of jurisdictions just outside of where I live that are restricting some panel locations due to 'flood plane' areas. The panels are not being permitted to be installed in basements due to the flood plane. So be sure to check with the local authorities beforehand.
