Panel-Mount Disconnect

I am looking for a panel-mount disconnect similar to this http://www.automationdirect.com/adc...Switches/UL_508_Rated_Non-Fusible_Disconnects. The difference is that I need the entire device to mount on the door. Is anyone familiar with such a device?

Specs are:
240 VAC, 3-pole
30 amp
must be lockable

Take a look at the AB Bulletin 194E series rotary disconnects. You can get it either door mounted or back plate mounted...just have to find the correct part numbers.
