Is it the Main Service Disconnection means..if so NO per 230.70(A)(2)...or if it is a Remote Distribution Panel in a commercial bathroom then YES...it would be fine as long as it is not installed in a location what someone would argue is a wet or damp location...and just in a bathroom, in general is not either of those types of locations. Is a NEMA 1 rating for a recessed panelboard in a commercial bathroom ok?

lol..is your bathroom DUSTY...lol....I had a bad experience, the NEMA 1 switchboard is supplied without door and breakers not sealed, it's not suitable at all for dusty areas.
