Hello all, Scenario: residential service single phase, underground fed, home has solar. Solar is tapped on line side of main breaker with what looks like some kind of wire piercing device. If meter is pulled voltage will remain until solar disconnect is shut off correct? Anything else to be aware of on a panel change replacement like this??

This probably should be in the Photovoltaics subforum, but no, when the meter is pulled the PV system will shut down per the anti-islanding provision of UL1741. By the way the connectors you mention are IPCs (insulation piecing connectors); they are used a lot in residential PV systems.

Thank you

Yeah IPCs are great. Too bad the POCO doesn't allow them around here.
