Panelboard Manufacture?

Does anyone know the manufacture of the panelboard where the neutral bar is mounted directly to the panelboard enclosure and listed for use as service equipment only? This panelboard also has in its label to install neutral buss kit number xxxxxx when using panel as a non-service panelboard. Go figure.

I have seen these panelboards in older mobile homes where the HO used this make of panel as a replacement and had to install the neutral kit to isolate the neutral. These panelboards are of the 100 and 200 ampere rating, I just can?t remember the make.
