Panelboard mounted on transformer height

I have existing floor mounted transformer and plans show that panelboard is going to be mounted on uni strut on top of it. The panel front would be aligned with transformer front edge.

Is there any maximum distance the panel has to be mounted on top of the floor mounted transformer in the NEC 2017?
