Panelboard within 6' of laundry sink

If I were to install a new panel within 6' of a laundry washtub/utility tub would there be any objections because of the water?
408.37 directs me to 312.2. Is this the only restriction?

It's fine. I can be right next to the sink as long as the sink does not encroach on the required dedicated and working spaces.
