Panelboards - service equipment

My normal local electrical supply house does not have stock on the panel boards I immediately need.

I need 120/240 vt 400 amp 1 phase panelboard with one branch 200 amp breaker and slots for at least 20 other breakers.

I need 240 vt 400 amp 3 phase (corner grounded delta) panelboard with one branch 200 amp breaker and slot for at least 20 other breakers.

A link to a good supply house would be appreciated.

As I'm sure you know, many panelboards are factory ordered. Some places do stock basic configurations however. Earlier this year, my factory panel board order was delayed and I was able to find the cabinets stocked by an electrical distributor in Denver. I didn't check to see if they had the trim and the guts as I really just needed to get the cabinet in. But anyway maybe the internet is your friend and you can find a place that has stock. If you're okay with used, there's a lot of panel boards on eBay.
