PANELS NEAR GAS W/H

Im hoping that I can install two electrical panels in a mech. room that has two gas w/h's . The question is what is the minimum clearance from a gas line to an electrical panel if there is even a clearance requirement?

I do not believe that you will find a minimum clearance requirement for the gas line. The the w/h manufacturer may have a minimum clearance for their w/h.
 
No restrictions outside of art 110 working clearances and dedicated spaces that would apply to any foreign piping to the electrical system.
