i have a fused disco 208 three phase 800 amp i need to feed an 800 amp mainlug panel that will feed a dimmer bank the dimmer load is only 200 amp but will expand in the future i want to paralell feed from disco to mainlug panel with three sets of 4 conductors (three hots one neutral) and equipt ground i come up with 300mcm thhn and #4 thhn copper ground in 2 1/2" is this right:-?

You'll need an EGC in each conduit based on 250.122. For 800 amps that means a #1/0 in each raceway.
