I have an existing 600 amp 3 ph Service the utility provider requires disconnect prior to the ct cab, then there is a 3 position disconnect after the ct cab. Problem, each phase run in parallel , there is a 5 foot difference on one of each of the phase conductors . A oh 6' and 10 '. B and C phase are the same as well. They only ran to 3 inch conduit runs , one is much shorter than the other (meaning the conduit) this is on the load side. How did it pass, ?
