Yes. As mentioned, derating factors do apply.

Also, remember that you have to maintain the symmetry of the sets. For instance, given 3 sets, you cannot run 2 sets in conduit #1 and 1 set in conduit #2. Each set needs to be in a conduit with the same total qty of current-carrying conductors.
