Parallel conductors

I have 2- sets of parallel conductors installed in 2 separate raceways that I am terminating into a gutter. I then will install each set of parallel conductors into a Polaris tap. I would like to know if it is permitted to then install all the parallel conductors through a 3 inch nipple and terminate into my panel. Is it permitted to install both sets of parallel conductors through a 3” nipple or does the code require me to use 2- separate nipples. I find no article that addresses this.

You can install them in one nipple (24" or less) with up to 60% conductor fill. If the nipple exceeds 24" then you have to derate.

The NEC allows conductor sets in parallel to either share a raceway, or be installed in separate raceways. Or, in the event of numerous sets, you can divide the sets uniformly among raceways, such as 2 sets in each of 3 raceways for a total of 6 sets.

What you are not permitted to do, is break the symmetry with different qtys of sets in parallel in each raceway. Such as 2 in one, and 1 in the other. All conductors of any given phase, must be equal in all aspects. Length, insulation type, size/metal, raceway material, conditions of use.
