Can you put 6 4/0 parallel conductors in a 3 in. rmc conduit 2 per phase? And also it is feeding a 250 hp motor 480 volt 3 phase, a single motor insulation is rhw.

If it's RHW-2 (90?) it would comply. RHW (75?) is slightly undersized
(motor requires 377.5 ampacity, (6) RHWs in one conmduit would be 368 amps)

Gus perhaps the op has RHW-2 which would be 520 amps times 80%. This would be good for 416 amps. Otherwise you are spot on.
