Parallel Equipment Grounding Conductors

I am trying to interpret NEC section 310.10 (H)(5) that addresses paralleling equipment grounding conductors. The paragraph refers to "sectioned" grounding conductors in multiconductor cables, but there is not definition or explanation of it's meaning. If I have three (3) paralleled multiconductor cables, each with 3-500MCM conductors and 1-#2 ground conductor, are the 3 ground conductors considered sectioned? And if so, can the combined circular mil area of the 3 ground wires be used to satisfy the requirements of table 250.122?

Certain cables have the EGC divided up into two or three smaller conductors within the same cable.

Sectioned cable is not the same as what you've proposed. If a feeder, the cables in your example would require a full sized EGC based on the OCPD ahead of the feeder.
