While this circuit appears to be fairly large, this is not a real world issue until the circuit current is in the 300 to 400 amp range.

Another viable method that could have been used and is often easier would be to just use a single large nipple and run all conductors through it. Often done between a meter can and a main disco as you can also use a PVC nipple and avoid all the bonding requirements for the nipple.

Looks also to be an issue with conduit layout on the tub hole locations. Back one covered by the interior frame, and front ones likely partially covered by the dead front.
