Is there a requirement for conduit to be separated 6" for parallel feeders or service entrance conductors. We are installing a pull box for service conductors aND someone mentioned that we needed to install conduit at least 6" apart. Has anyone ever heard of that? is that a requirement I need to look into?

As Dave stated, no. Could be a POCO thing for SEC's but not in the NEC.
