I been a master license electrical contractor for 35 years residential, commercial, industrial, i have never seen parallel neutrals cause a problem . I never heard of a problem by any other electrician or contractor . can any body give a real life example of a problem they had with this. ( not something they red somewhere )

"Problems" in what context? And how many in parallel (2, or a n+1 setup)?

I have never had nor heard of problems. Is this a "thing" floating out there, like at the electrical counter, where people say parallel neuters are problematic?

Not necessarily. The problem occurs when the bonding occurs on the load side of the breaker or device.
We are still not sure what his situation is or what brings up the question.

I have never heard of it causing a problem as long is you don't run in same conduit because of the derating chart where 4-6 current carrying conductors are derated to 80 percent
