Tell me if something is wrong with my thought process.
Feeding a 1200A 208Y/120 switchboard, four parallel runs of 4 x 500MCM were used. Now, I'm sure the neutral is grounded out at the existing transformer, and the ground is bonded to a grounding ring. If I bond the neutral and ground busses together at the switchboard, and bond them to the transformer grounding ring with a #4/0 copper cable, have I simply provided a grossly undersized 5th parallel neutral?
