We have a 400 amp main disconnect 3ph 4 wire at an alley. There are 2-2" conduits underground about 70ft to the dwelling. The person wants to install 1-200 amp 3ph 4w loadcenter and 1-200 amp 1ph 3w panel in the same room. Voltage is 120/240 3ph 4w at the main disconnect. Can we parallel 2 sets of 3/0 to a gutter, then make a gutter tap of 3/0 to each loadcenter? The taps to each loadcenter would be a single 3/0 wire per lug. The loadcenters will be 4 ft from the gutter. I believe 2/0 parallel would not work. What are our options here?
