Paralleling Solar Panels

All - please can I parallel solar panels with the following:

(a) 290W,Vmp 36.4v, Imp 7.97A, Open Circuit V 44.9v

(b) 305W, Vmp 35.77v, Imp 8.53A, Open Circuit V 45.29v.

I will appreciate all responses.
