parking lot lighting and service calculation

When performing a service calculation for a commercial building that includes parking lot lighting, does the actual parking lot lighting load get added in after the load per table 220.12? Or, is there a lighting load for exterior site lighting similar to table 220.12?
 
I would include this separately. The Code states "the floor area for each floor shall be calculated from the outside dimensions of the building, dwelling unit, or other area involved." I interpret this as interior areas...
If you have energy codes that require a most stringent LPD, reduced VA/SF can used. See the exceptions under that Code section.
