Yes you can use one mast, but you have 6 conductors not 3 and have to derate for fill.

If it's 3 phase 4 Wire you would have to use 5" conduit, 3 phase Delta you would have to use 4" conduit .I would install two conduits. You would also have to derate the conductors using table 310.15(2)(a).
