Partial interference in front of Equip. Work Space

Do you know if you are allowed to have only a partial interference (see pic) within an elec. equip. working space?

MCC door isn't able to swing full open 90 deg.

Unfortunately there is no exception in the NEC that would allow what you have depicted in that graphic.
