Patient Care definition and location

Its been a while since I posted.

I am bidding on some Med Spas
They do a bunch of stuff, no Dr on site but I believe there is a Dr affiliated. No RNs

Are these rooms considered patient care rooms? Am I using hospital grade devices and MC?
What is everyones thoughts
 
What is it licensed as. If there are no patient beds or procedure tables you don't need HG devices. As far as 517.13 wiring methods, it will depend on the answer to my first question.
