Pavilion type pool house

I am bidding electrical for an outdoor pool house / pavilion/ grill / bar area.

The structure is full roofed, but has an open front and sides.

There is an enclosed area with a stool and sink for changing. There is also an enclosed area for mechanical/ electrical.

My question is do all the devices installed in the " open" area need to be weatherproof?

In use covers/ weatherproof type switch covers, etc.

Yes, if it is outdoors like a porch etc then you need wp covers, however you may not need in use covers
