I got my license during the down turn in the early 90's. My Boss at that time told me " that piece of paper makes you no smarter today than you were yesterday" I laugh about it know, but back then I was glad to get 40 hrs. I think this "reccession" is a little worse than then so as Bob said probably not much.
Be careful. If you are working right now as an apprentice, you hay have licensed yourself out of a job.
I have seen it happen before. The boss wants an apprentice and when he has to pay you more because you are licensed, he lets the licensed guy go and hires a new apprentice.
The cost to the employer is lower.
