Payroll Certification

Alright, we finally nailed some prevailing wage federal government work. Job went off great, made a bunch of money, everything went great.
One problem. I need to certify the payroll and I don't know where to go. Any help you guys can offer is , as always, greatly appreciated.

You certify the payroll on form WH-347. You can google Dept of Labor WH-347 to see the form. You cab also use your own form as long as it has all the same info.

On the form you list all employees that worked at the site for every week there were people working. It shows worker hours, trade class and how much you paid them every week including deductions for taxes, etc.
