Does anyone have a list of different states requirements to take the PE Exam? I know some states require a BEE and some do not.

I suggest you start here.

There is a link to "licensing boards" on the left, the third item under "licensure." It will lead you to the state's web site. You can get the state's requirements from there.

I am fairly certain that in the state of Florida a degree is required, however there are always exceptions such as endorsement or reciprocity.
