120W and low voltage door contact power is to drop down long aluminum window/Door frame! Metal flex for 120V just wires for Door strikes ! ? Pro's / Con's, Code quote?

You might consider fishing the LV cable inside the extrusion for appearance's sake.

Go with two cables, one 120 volt MC for the line voltage and the other CL2 rated for the strike.
