Pediatric clinic on residential building

This pediatric clinic are renovation their space. They are open during renovation process. It’s on a residential building and everything now is Romex. Would I have to upgrade wiring with Mc ?
They just need outlets to code.

If upgrading of wiring is required, it would be HCF cable not regular MC. it isn't the entire space, it is patient care spaces, or patient care areas depending on your code cycle.
