I have nail salon in which pedicure spa chair is used as shown below. The spa chair has basin and has plumbing water pipes going in it to fill with water.
I have 125V 20A or 15A receptacles within six feet of the basin. Would the basin count as sink or not? Would this be wet location? Also would NEC 2017 section 210.8(b) apply or not requiring gfci?
