Pendant drop boxes and covers

Need help in finding a UL listed pendant boxes and covers.Like in the Mike Holts book.
Understanding the NEC 2008 one page 408 fig.400.9
 
My Company's Safety Department has invited OSHA in to visit our site OSHA VPP .
And our Safety Department needs the UL listing on all our pendant drops in a factory area.
They think the 4" square metal box , a blank cover with strain relief mounted to bar joist is not UL Listed for a pendant drop.

AFAIK, that is legal, unless the strain relief is in a multisize/concentric(?) knockout. The pendant box with the receptacle is usually the one that is the violation.
