i like to know if any of you n.j. ec have any idea what a permit costs for a 2- family 6 over 6 with a ground floor that has a 2 car garage and three rooms.
any rough idea would helpful.

Varies by town. Dramatically. 1 town might be $250. Another could be $2500. There is no set rate

A good Crystal Ball may help, or just list bill the permit fees, after the permit is priced by the city, has worked for us for many years.
