Welcome to the forum.:)

There is no NEC established color code for 3 phase systems.

Brown, orange, yellow is an industry standard practice for 480/277 volt wye systems

Black, red, blue is an industry standard practice for 208/120 volt wye systems.

Black, orange (High leg), blue is an industry standard practice for 240/120 volt 4 wire delta systems.

The high leg of a delta 240/120 volt system is require to be phased Orange when the identification of the high leg is going to be done with phase tape.

Take a look at 110.15.

also, if you have two (or more) voltage systems in the same premises, you might want to look at 200.5 and 210.5

Technically speaking, the orange high-leg requirement does not apply at accessible points where the neutral is not present.
