Phase Failure Relay/PFR and Voltage Sensing Relay/VSR

Sir,

In our Single Line Diagram the PFR is included but when I checked the MCC there is no PFR instead it is VSR. Is VSR and PFR are the same or they are different with regards to their apllications?

It depends on what that specific voltage sensing relay does, it may have the ability to sense unbalanced phases. But in the strictest sense, a voltage sensing relay and a phase loss relay are two different devices.
