Phase II Recovry Areas

Does anyone know what a phase II recovery area is and where it is referenced in the NEC? my gues is it would be a general care area under 517. let me know if i am wrong

You should find the term in the 1999 edition of NFPA 99 the standard for health care facilities. This year edition is the adopted model code in NJ . Hope this helps
