These values listed on each phase( A,B,C- 1.86 each) would be the draw/current?

That's either the current draw, or kW rating for load calculations. My guess would be that it is kW for load balancing on the spreadsheet they are using.

Looks like kVA in each phase. Total 3 phase load=3*1.86kVA=5.58KVA. This is equal to 15.48A at 208V (5.58/(1.732*0.208)).
