Can you use phase tape to identify conductors that are #6 and smaller? What if they are BOY #12, can you phase tape them BRB if the working voltage is 208?

I think you are okay for ungrounded conductors, but 250.119 and 200.6 change the rules for grounding and grounded conductors.
