I am looking for hardwired receiver that can be controlled via phone app. Client wants to control one utilization equipment and one wall mounted light via the app.

Thanks for your replies.

Some of the lighting controls can do that for you.

Or.

Buy a PLC of your choice that is compatible with a Cmore HMI. AD has an app for your iphone or ipad and you can run a small factory from it. Might take some time...

I have Lutron Caseta in my house, works great. Plug a bridge into the router, simple setup, I can turn all the lights and baseboards on and off without even unlocking the phone.

I use them also for a home theater and it works well. Can also be linked to the Amazon Echo, Harmony Hub and some other stuff.

When checking these devices out, be sure to find out whether the app can operate purely locally if the home network loses its internet connection. Some designs are dependent on data from a remote server to initialize the app and know what devices are controllable.
This is part of the ability to control devices over the internet from anywhere in the world, but can also mean the loss of purely local operation.
