Photobucket Problems

I tried to access my photobucket but it will not recognize my login. I know I am doing the password right and have even tried several others that it may be and nothing. When for the lost info, I get no response. It tells me my info has been sent, but I have not received anything. Has anybody had similar problems?

No, seriously, I have been having problems the last few weeks when trying to log in via Opera. I have to drop back to Explorer now to do anything in PhotoBucket.

I tried a variety of possible e-mails and passwords. Non-legit e-mails showed as unrecognized by the site and when I entered what should be the correct e-mail or my user ID, it says the info has been sent. Maybe they are just slow in sending, but it has been over 24 hours.

You should have received a response within a few minutes.

Did you check your spam folder?

I just tried my photobucket account, and had no problems getting in. I did, however, have problems getting past all the advertisements, in order to see the half dozen or so photos that I have uploaded to that site.

Yes. My account is open to their support e-mails. I have been corresponding with them on the issue and I just sent my latest response. Here was my question to them; tell me if it makes sense or not. I asked whoever it is that is replying to my frustrations why they cannot send the information I need since we responding to each other on the very same e-mail account that I am asking my other info be sent to. It sounds like a reasonable request to me. :-? What say you?

Are you trying to start a 1,000 post thread about tech support? Reasonable has got nothing to do with it. If it ain't on the printout they have stuck in front of their face, you ain't getting it.
