Photovoltaics grounding and bonding

I am installing (2) top of pole arrays. I am using Ephase M215 micro-inverters. Therefore the only dc wire would be from the inverter to the solar panel. I intend to drive a ground rod at the base of each array, route a #8 bare from ground rod #1 up the pole in 1/2" PVC, connecting it to each inverter & solar panel, trough the J-box and conduit with the ac phase conductors to the next array, bonding the inverters and panels there, then down to ground rod # 2, back up to the J-box, through the conduit with the AC phase wires to the AC disconnect then to the sub panel, where I am tying in the arrays, and landing it (the #8) at the grounding bus bar which already has a #8 going back to the main service panel. Seems to me that this would satisfy the grounding & bonding requirements.
